We are pleased to announce that Dr. Jimmy Lau, the founder and CEO of Richform Holdings Limited, has been elected as the governor-nominee of Rotary International District 3450 for the upcoming Rotary Year 2026-2027.

 

Dr. Lau holds various significant roles in community organizations. He currently serves as the Assistant Chief Commissioner of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, President of the SME Sustainability Society, Full Member and Professional Manager of the Hong Kong Management Association, SC.Net member of the Labour and Welfare Bureau, and Council Member of ELCHK Hung Hom Lutheran Primary School.

 

Dr. Lau’s dedication to Rotary is exemplary. He has been an active member for 15 years and has held various leadership positions within the organization. He founded the Rotary Club of Star Avenue and served as the Charter President. Currently, he holds the position of Assistant Governor (Area 4) of Rotary International District 3450, Chair of District Conference 2023-24, Deputy Chair of the District Membership Committee, and Chair of CP Academy. Dr. Lau is particularly focused on fostering the growth, cultivation, and development of Rotary members, ensuring their enhanced contributions to the organization.
